The steel house is on 85 E canyon view dr, but not in Santa Clarita, it’s actually in ransom canyon Texas, just outside of Lubbock Texas. I grew up around there, and have visited the house many many times. It’s the Robert Bruno steel house

Just a quick FYI. The dumpster house, you state that it was built in Brooklyn, California (which although I'm from CA, I've never heard of. But it's a big state and there's plenty of towns/cities I've never heard of) but then you say it can be wheeled anywhere the owner wants in New York. So I'm guessing there was a mixup in the script.
