Hey so I am a dual biology with a concentration in infectious illness and biotech eith gene editing concentration. I am a tad confused. I have been originally informed that that the adenovirus will insert its dna to the nucleus where it is bonded by enzymes to a histone complex where it is kept into future cell divisions

how they produce the adenovirus with a modified DNA since it is not able to replicate ? Thank you

How does the dna from the adenovirus coding for covid 19 leave the nucleus and break down? At which point will it no longer be a part of my gene sequence?

It never becomes a part of your gene sequence. When the target cell divides, the COVID-19 code is not replicated. The COVID-19 DNA exists as a standalone sequence that directs the cell to create spike protein. The cell can only secrete the protein as long as it is alive.

@@angeladixon6770 thank you. which cells does the vaccine enter? I heard the antibody response does not happen in the arm as with other vaccines, and could it potentially be harmful for some to use their cells to create spike proteins? I’m concerned that the creation of the spike protein, through the cells, could have potential effects, as we have seen a lot of adverse reactions from these vaccines. To me I’m stuck. I don’t want covid and I don’t want the vaccine because we literally have no idea long term effects or how many boosters would be needed

I am also 23, so I have weighed the risks of covid, and made this decision months ago, but still am unsure.

But it can deposit into the lymphatic system and be permanently stored…as well as cross into the blood brain barrier during a histamine response and deposit into the brain…if your NRF1 and NRF2 detox pathways are less active…your more at risk of experiencing an adverse event.

@Anna Russo sir, please don't use the term detoxification. While it may have once been a valid term, modern anti science organizations and snake oil salesmen use it as a buzzword to generate fear and attention tk their causes. We should use terms like, metabolic breakdown, or oxidative metabolism of compounds to less harmful and water soluble forms

Can you please explain how HIV virus may integrate with our DNA ? And why adenovirus does not do that ?
@zehravigna48733 жыл бұрын
At 8:23 you are saying "some of those antibodies may be neutrilizing antibodies." I think it should be "some of those antibodies may be neutrilizing adenovirus."

Thank you so much for posting this. Crazy to think a chimpanzee virus can safe people right?
