Number 3. This is a rule i live by. Its gotten me in incredible situations and involved with people that are so different from any one in the hood i grow up in. I once heard that if you aim for the stars and you miss its ok at least you've gotten something done. But if you aim low and you hit, then you're fucked.

I know my chances are very small but in my opinion I can see colors fine so at least I tried. 4. I try to do what I have to do 5. I have not invested in anything yet. I’m 18 6. I try not to judge a book by its cover 7. I don’t talk 8. The only thing you can know for sure is that you can’t know anything for sure 9. I don’t learn something new every day 10. I think I’m pretty patient 11. That’s one of the reasons I’m single. I don’t think I have time for it 12. I somewhat try to please everybody and i know it’s impossible 13. I’m not the best at that 14. I ride my mountain bike a lot, I don’t smoke and I only drink for the taste and not to get drunk. I don’t eat unhealthy food 15. I try to

Now watching these videos as a debt free entrepreneur in business 5yrs now and so busy I’m turning away jobs I don’t want, I watch these videos and say yup, yup, yup, I do that, I’m doing that, yup yup I can relate to that one too. It’s a whole new set of eyes seeing that yes all these audio books, KZbin videos, aluxes, Robert kyosakis, Robert greens, pays off.... thank u to all the role models changing the mindset of those searching! 9. Learn something new every day (or learn more about something every day) this advice was augmented to me by reading Atomic Habits and The Slight Edge. According to Jeff Olson (author of the latter), compound effect is REAL and by sustaining a good habit like reading as few as 10 pages a day of a life-changing book will make a difference for it will inevitably manifest in the long run. Easy to do and just as easy not to do -- the choice is ours if we want to take the path to advancement or stagnation. Most people don't improve because they're not thoughtful of their priorities as evidenced by choosing entertainment over education. Luckily for me that I get to access informative and inspiring content like you guys at Alux provide because I choose to learn and improve myself to reach my full potential. Thanks once again for making this video.

"Life is about the journey, not the destination" This one actually changed how i see the world. Thank you so much. It made me happier atleast. I used to have ideas like when i'll be rich i'll do this and that, these people will kiss my feet, i'll have the life i want kinda stuff. Now i know i was hiding my weaknesses behind the excuse of time. Instead of waiting to live your life one day why not live it now and everyday? It's about the journey, the moments, the wins and losses, the challenges, experiences,....Not the end. Thanks Alux.com you got my respek

“Figure out what you want from life” is not the same as we can get simply buy knowing what we want. Most of the time external factors intervene; however trying hard is necessary, the outcome can’t be guaranteed. People pay us based on what we are good at, not what we love doing; some people enjoy singing in the shower-but no body pays them as they are not good at it. Who can enjoy doing sth till retirement and still be paid for it? I think very few. I find the rest very practical and useful. Thank you

*book recommendation*: how to be a Stoic This video reminded me of one of the most essential book to read along with think and grow rich and how to win friends and influence people. Stoicism is worth to look into for building a better life. :)

To be completely honest I don't learn from my mistakes. I tend to learn when the damage has already been done. From now on, I will learn from my mistakes, and try to be a better person. Thanks a lot Alux.com. The video was very helpful and inspiring. Keep up the amazing work

Nice work! I like the incorporation of quotes! It would be nice to have a male narrator on some of your videos. The female has a nice smooth voice but it also is like a sales type of voice. Advice is easier to give using a soft sell method. I would love to hear an older male voice on some of your videos. Or an older female voice. Lets be honest older people are statistically wiser. Shouldn't they be the narrator? Older female voice. And older male voice. I like your narrators voice it is very good. Eveyone will not listen though. To reach more people you need 2 more voices. 3 total!!
