Set up the Terraprisma for Yardis which let Oklha and Throar have a much easier time in their segments. Probably would have won anyways if he focused on progression though since he could have most likely gotten Golem and maybe Cultist (which then would let the less skilled players ahead of him chip down the pillars and Yardis to finish unless it's a rule that Throar has to finish)

@@wilhelmisaac I wish I didn’t have to cheese it, but the big two problems is that is my first time ever fighting mechdusa, and the boss itself is a pain. With no practice there was just no way I would progress normally. The second problem is since my first pass the world, there was a lot more pressure to kill it this time around. So I just ended up setting a teleporter circle just so I could still make progress, I didn’t even know if it would work because I imagined something like that would be patched in the legendary seed, but I’m glad it wasn’t for the sake of making progress for the group. But I appreciate the kind words good sir! Thank you! :>

Idk I feel that this one was less entertaining, just very set on rushing through progression. Although Thoarbin says that it's optional, we all know the awful community reaction to the last video with tons of bad people bashing on the guys that were trying to have fun. Hearing multiple people be so sad that they wouldn't be able to progress/beat a boss and in turn get hundreds of hate comments for being the 'boring' part of the video felt sad since I think this challenge was supposed to be about having fun/doing things your own way, basically being no different than nearly all other terraria videos, the people that were out there getting/setting up things you wouldn't normally do in a run like this were the best.

Honestly, looking back on this, Wexel very nearly threw this run by derailing the entire thing on empress. Yet I gotta say, I love how it turned out, as defeating daytime empress shows they didn’t just beat the world, they OWNED it. I also loved the parallels between Wexel and Yardis’s segments. Wexel literally ends his segment with “we just have to hope someone else can pick up the torch” and yardis starts his with “I’ll proudly take up the torch that the ones before me left behind”. Then he did. These guys didn’t just want to skip by on this seed, they wanted to demolish it, and it makes the video way more satisfying to see that plan unfold.

It makes me sad to hear that with these video's there are still those who hate or comment on "the sign communication" if you can even call it real communication. Or the way certain people spend their 2/3 hours. This is a silly but difficult challenge and shouldn't be taken too serious. (but still serious enough so it can be done) Wexel's commitment to the "impossible" is hilarious and silly and with the second run made the perfect prep for Yardis which was really nice for the "story line"/progression Bench's challenge board halted progression but gave us no pants day, an epic golf course and the perfect Pass the World tune from Wyeeett. sad we only got to hear it once. It was really cool to see Tommi Tsunami's building capabilities. Hardest boss? Mechdusa surprisingly, which was a fun thing to watch player after player die to. It's really fun to see all the different edditing styles and to discover new terraria youtubers to watch. great job EVERYONE and congratzzzz to all for the W in the second itteration of this challenge and i hope you all will be working on a 3rd pass the world challenge. Stay gamin'! (sorry if i did a bad enginsh somewhere XD, it's not my first language and dyslexia aint helping.....)

Honestly... 😂 Wexel might have wasted his time on the first time for the meme.... but it was FUCKING WORTH IT! And on this second pass the world, let's be real here, his idea to do a max DPS summoner build and take down the EoL is probably the reason the run succeeded at all. I don't think the DPS would be high enough to beat the bosses let alone MoonLord without it.
