As good as the game is, it is obvious that rockstar gave up completely towards the end. There are so many things 'removed from the game but the remnants keep people searching for something that doesn't exist (3rd meteorite, princess IZK etc.) Go to the boat at thieves landing and look at the door, handle is on the same side as the hinges so obviously they had already given up at that point

Probably the Rage menu, it has an option to switch your player in the wardrobe menu.

Rampage does it but it disables every time you load in so expect to keep dying to the sniper when you load up until you can turn god mode on/disable again. There is a mod call Disable Out of Bounds Sniper that works wonderfully. Also use Lockdown Manager to unlock Blackwater and other red zones.
