But y'know, it gets to your heart when you find out that they actually developed a heart, along with Axel. Their story was so unfair... I only wish for Roxas to reappear at some point in KH3, or maybe make him an available summoning. I just really want to see him again...

I think one of my favourite things about Roxas is that he actually develops. He starts out as a blank zombie, learns about the world around him and develops into a happy kid who enjoys life, and then starts growing angry and bitter as everyone keeps mistreating him. Of course, other people grow and develop as well. People like Riku and Terra. But then there are characters like Sora who practically never changes. Which is fine to, I think the game needs those kinds of characters to. I just like the other characters more

This song set always gets to me... Roxas, Ven, and Xion all had such tragic stories. Any time I find *any* combination of their themes is an epic moment for me. This has to be the most masterful integration of Roxas' and Ventus' themes into one piece. They've always felt like they're meant to be played overlapped, and I've never heard execution of that in a meaningful way like this, where Ventus is literally the background for Roxas.

Since I can remember I went through so much trauma, way too much for one to handle, feeling broken, just like Ventus and Roxas, seeking for anyone to hold me, to feel my pain with me and connect through that with me; someone who would be ready to feel such an amount of pain. Sadly that never happened (outside of therapy). I rarely experienced love in my family. I experienced that through Anime and JRPGs, not through my family members. Still to this day, now being 31 years old, I didn't yet find one who would be with me on such a deep level. It hurts to be here, to be honest. Kingdom Hearts touches me very much though and I see so much wisdom and truth in it. This Roxas Theme starting very soft, describing my pain while being completely alone and unseen. "Can anyone see me? ... Please...?" Then a sigh, feeling like giving up. Emotions rising, the heart beating faster and faster; tears running down the cheeks. "CAN ANYBODY SEE ME!? AAAAAAAHHHHHHH! Help me... I need help. Please... anyone..." All kinds of emotions rising and ebbing, trying everything to be seen. Trying to show my pain. Trying to be "funny". Only rejection. "... I-I don't understand. Am I wrong, because I am me?" To this day being alone.

Wow this rendition of Roxas is the best I've ever heard. It has the emotion that the song captures in the game about Roxas being sad cause he misses all he had in Twilight Town and having to give that all up. I can really feel the depression of Roxas never being able to be his own self ever again, even though he knows from Namine, that Nobody's don't disappear and they'll see each other someday. Its funny. 2 years ago i was getting bullied by this one kid (because i was a gamer and otaku) and 1 day he acidentally blasted this song (he pulled out my headphones to push me again this wall to beat me up for the "i dont know how manyith" time) and he heard this song and i just saw that it instantly hit him like a truck. After that he started crying like a little kid who just lost his only scoop of icecream (dont have another annalogy xD). He asked me what that kind of music that was and i just said that it was a remix of a song from 1 of my favorite games. He turned around walked away and i never ever got bullied by him again and he actually started doing good deeds like helping out the other people who got bullied. Just goes to show how much music can change people
