You really helped. With all the covids and other shit happening in the world, I don't even go out except to work or to store/marketplace, and since I always find myself beating some rhytm on chair, desk or whatever I happen to be sitting on at the moment, I decided to get myself a cajon, it kinda felt natural you know, and honestly, your videos helped greatly to get the basics down so I can move forward with more complex stuff. Ah yeah, so glad I came across this. I played percussion in school, and parties obviously, way back when. I've been meaning to get myself a cajon for far too long now. Well, no more waiting! Thanks so much for the guidance, extremely clear and straight forward instructions, laced with your passion and feeling for the cajon. It's very encouraging, inspiring. I have a question about the use of the metronome: can you tell us at what speed you're playing rumba catalán and Dance hall please?
