My time is now!! Last year I went off the grid for 6 months. I had no mobile device and I did it over a thousand kilometres away from my home. All I had were myself, a journal, some books and my family. That was the greatest growth I've ever experienced. I underwent real changes. A sublimation from all I've ever been to all I can become. This year I've done nothing but flow with the realisations I made last year. It has been worth it.

I changed my relationship with food. Over two years I dropped from 185 lbs to 142 lbs, and now I can wear the same size clothes that I wore in college (decades ago) and my blood pressure is down to total normal. I eat strategically once a day, and have been doing this long enough that I only get hungry typically once a day. I eat only food that counts for something. I treat food sort of like medicine now, so that I never have to have medicine for food later.

I exercise twice daily 7 days and started doing OMAD around lunchtime. By the afternoon i'm freaking hungry and end up snacking on 💩 I'm going to change my meal to afternoons so I don't get cravings.

@@somerandomfella I typically do my OMAD at 7:00pm so I don't think about food while going to sleep. I found that cravings that occur during the day go away over time if I don't give in to them. Every time you give in, you give them power. Every time you don't, you lessen their power.

Change I’m most proud of is my financial literacy. I used to live paycheck to paycheck. Once I was taught the importance of finances, big part in my significant other’s help & advice & living image of good with finances I started to both take finances serious AND budget. No longer living paycheck to paycheck is in my near future.

I’m at the 3:06 mark so I am only going off context of your comment. My guess is they mean people will say “put it in God’s hands” without doing the work themselves or alongside putting it in His hands. I know somebody like this. It’s infuriating. Especially for someone as ambitious as myself. I know what making excuses is. I lived that life. I’m not calling kettle black. With that comes acceptance & understanding I need to do my part if I am to get where I’m supposed to be.
