So, yesterday I signed the divorce papers at the mediator's office with my ex-wife- in-waiting. A couple of weeks ago, I moved out of my house to escape 14 years of narcissistic and alcoholic abuse. If someone tries to say " you've changed" in a negative way, I will acknowledge that not only have I changed for the better, but also they haven't changed for the better, but maybe even for the worse because they are fighting your improvements and trying to bring you back down , perhaps even lower than them. I took a leap of change a few years back. I didn’t think I was good enough for a higher position and was comfortable and nervous about what ifs… best thing I ever did, career exploded, access to people and opportunities were abundant, money rolled in. Being surrounded by elite individuals opened my eyes, now we have more money, more time, control our own futures and can walk away if we want. I’ll say we don’t have FU money but def Fudge U money, the scary leap was the best-nerve racking thing if my life.

For me, I'm quite lucky exposed to financial planning at early age, started work at 21 and invested to my 401k through my employer, going forward I purchased first home at 33, unfortunately got laid-off afterwards, amid 2020 covid-outbreak. At once, I hired an advisor to help stay afloat, and as of today, I'm only 25% short of achieving my 7-figure ballpark goal after subsequents investments.

Hello Alux & Alxers- I must say I do enjoy your content. I wanted to comment on the Fuel your body portion of this video. I studied inflammation and metabolic engineering, and received a certificate in Inflammatory nutrition. So hopefully I have a certain degree of credibility to comment. The goal should be wellness, rather than measuring deficiencies one should measure the state of wellness, which can be accomplished mostly by knowing if you are Insulin Resistance (most in US are) and this can be measured by HOMA-IR. Another way is by measuring Inflammation directly by the AA/EPA ratio on the blood, this will tell you if you are able to Resolve the existing Inflammation...if your cells are on fire then they cant repair with healthy cells. There are other tests but I dont want to go too long here. Once you stop contrbuting to the problem (reduce IR via diet), and put out the existing Inflammation (via Refined EPA/DHA) then you can activate AMPK without inhibiting it by .... Reducing calories, eating polyphenols (specifically the Delhinidin in the blue berry family) and consuming Fish Oil (again EPA/DHA). AMPK is you master switch to tissue repair and regeneration as well as cellular energy. A note on the Okanawins...there longevity is due to reduced caloric intake (the only clinically proven way to extend life), eating fish and sea vegetables for the trace minerals and polyphenols. There may be a societal/relationship component, but not alot of science if so. Interestingly a study was done on people in Tuscany Italy and those who hate polyphenol metabolites in their urine lived longer. Hope this helps as I always have to remind myself its a science not an art, its just that its incredibly complex, but the how to has been made simple by the Pro-resolution response system TM as described above. - Best, Scott

Referring to point # 4: I was told by a former co-worker concerning the personnel between me, a co-worker and the supervisor. When you sit between an asho and a dick, you're bound to smell like shit. The supervisor disclosed that he had a bi-polar disorder, that just got diagnosed. So... after so many years of working with him, not being diagnosed. Made it into a hostile work environment. My co-worker was an incompetent ass, that never took notes on how to do his job. I learned from my military experience, take notes so you can refer to it, in case you forget something. The senior VP commented I was one of his few successful employees. I think there was some professional jealousy there. Such is life.
