SMFH This sanctimonious act from some of y'all is bullshit. Many of the same women talking bad about Hooters restaurants or the girls, are the same ones who would be the raunchiest at a male strip show or a Magic Mike movie. And the guys are just 🐱. The restaurant found a niche gimmick that worksfor them. They want to present a certain image, so they have certain rules and guidelines. Don't want to work there? Don't. Don't want to eat there? Fantastic video in terms of quality and research. I had to stop watching about 8 minutes in because the handbook was so strict and specific that it offended me. If I was an attractive woman that checked all of their boxes, I'm sure I could work almost anywhere, so to hell with their handbook. Hooters had 3 locations in my city. 2 of them closed within 4 years, the third closed in year 6. The Tilted Kilt opened up in location #3, and lasted 6-7 years. They also had a similar rule book for the waitresses. One of the funniest was this waitress had to wear an athletic wristband (violating their own policy) to cover up a skull tattoo on her wrist. Never mind that in 2015 several of the waitresses had various tattoo art in many exposed places. Apparently skulls scare the customers of a Breastaurant?

What I do not like about Owl's Restaurants are owners and managers weight and body shame all female servers in uniforms even if they have bad or serious medical conditions. The owners and managers must stop making such insulting body and weight shaming female servers. The fact is female muscle weighs more than body fat, even if she is a 6 foot tall female bodybuilder. What must change for all female server uniforms are from Extra Small (XS) to 5 Extra Large (5XL) as those options as soon as possible, even custom made for women over 6 feet tall.
