Don Accino Shibuya is the worst! They charge foreigners/visiters a "Seating Charge" (we got slammed with 2400 yen = $24Cdn for 6 of us), and told to we had to get a minimum of 1 drink each. Fortunately, a kind Japanese resident was able to persuade the manager to remove the 2400 yen charge but not without being very rude to us and the kind Japanese woman helping us out. Wouldn't recommend for foreigners.

It depends on the day and time you visit, but they go as low as 1280yen on weekdays lunch time! You can stay until 3pm so it’s really worth it ✨
