I remember back in the 1970's, someone sealed three brand new Ford Mavericks inside a wall of a building to be opened at a later date. Why Mavericks is beyond me but can't remember anymore details of where and when to reopen.

5:20 I remember watching Geraldo open Capone's "vault." He had hyped up this event on a grand scale and became a laughing stock when it was found to have nothing inside. My dad had exclaimed, "that's *it?!* That's all there is?! What a colossal waste of time! He wouldn't know a good story if it bit him in the ass! Well that's the last time we see his face on *my* TV!" And we never *did* watch any Geraldo shows again; I grew up with a profound distaste for the man.

Statues should never been torn down and mob rule of such actions is NOT a good thing. If anything, the public should vote on it. Residents of the south may wish to keep the memory of their ancestors alive, despite how other Americans may feel about it. Being "thankful" for lawlessness makes you seem like a clown.
@koriw17017 ай бұрын
Statues of war criminals should *not* be left standing because of a few narrow-minded individuals who cannot leave hatred and bigotry in the past where it belongs. Those statues were pulled down because leaving them standing legitimises white nationalism and shows tacit acceptance of racism, malice and prejudice. This country was founded on the rights of *all* people, not just *white* people. Incidentally, those statues weren't torn down due to "mob rule," they were destroyed after a public vote, no matter what *you* believe. You must've missed a few meetings because the public *did* vote on their removal. The vote *was* very close, but 54% of your brethren voted to remove the statues, while 44% voted to keep them (only 2% were undecided). So, you might want to take a closer look at your history. It seems that you missed some details. Either that, or you have a confirmation bias that ignores facts on anything that doesn't align with your own personal conclusions because of your sympathy for the Confederacy. This does not speak well of your personal beliefs if you hold these war "memorials" in such high regard. I'm assuming that you are also a Trumpist. You have my sympathy.

Downvoted and unsubscribing for supporting the removal of statues. History is important, and if we do not have the evils of the past staring us stark in the eyes, our ignorance will lead to a repeat.

Thats crap about the south their is two sides, It wasn't about black or white, most people don't know the history because you choose to change it. Lincoln was a republican for starters, black men were mostly set free, a lot went to war with their master, their were complete companies made of blacks who were proud of the.south. The north when they seen black men were forced to join the union, the last state after the war was Delaware a Democratic state unwilling agreeing.to release their slaves. The reason this war was the price of cotton, the industrial north refused to even consider a thought. This in fact the south was slaves to the industrial north and it was apparent. The profit from receiving the cotton reselling it triple the amount, but refused the growers from the south, gain a fair profit, infact the house holds were out in the field working along side the slaves Knowing they were technically at a disadvantage they would fight for what they belived was worthy cause. I bring some politics to it, because it is the radicals who want to rewrite history, The person who shot Lincoln was sympathetic to the south was a Democrat and the vice president who replaced Lincoln was a Democrat, it goes on to the kkk who were started by Democrats the first movie show in the white house was about the clan.i could go on, I guess i could see why those people wouldn't want people to know, so they can do it all over, like now. People are more informed even if you try to rewrite it something that only benefits your cause good or bad its the peoples choice to decide, its not for you to hide what you've done.

I live in an old town house what was Health House before when this came a normal home here in Northen Europe's Finland. We have a board where read Health House's history. Can there be Time capsule like a box or wrote text from the history to the future and will these comments stay on KZbin forever in the future even after when i'm gone? Time capsules are really an interesting I would love to found Time capsule from our own backyard with a metal detector what i'm thinking buying for spring and summer when it's easier to discover treasures with a metal detector than now in winter. I've been thinking it would be so nice to be an adventurous archeology but I can make interesting discoveries on our own backyard. Archeological discoveries like Time capsules, treasures and even cave paintings are really amazing and reasons why I want to try an argeology. That nickelodeon Time capsule looks like a Mutageen from TMNT and i love it as a nickelodeon 2012 TMNT fan. Booyagasaa I love being a Turtle, Cowabunga it's pizzatime! History remins mystery. 🌏🌍🌎🌃🌄🏞🏡👑💎🗡🛡🗿👨🏾🔬👩🏼💻🧪🧬🥷🏻🐢🐀😮

A little trivia regarding the amphitheater. The acoustics are so good that the audience at the top of it could hear a match being lighted. In 1985 there was no record of any public theater and amphitheater or anything like that that had acoustics as good as the Pompeii theater. I visited the Pompeii theater in 1985 and this was part of the trivia that I learned.
