Thanks Luis. I would start with contacting a Florida mortgage broker. Some mobile homes will be harder to finance than others. A lender can help prequalify you and structure criteria

Help! I am at the stage of buying a new build manufactured home. The dealer came back with a prove with my upgrades. We are $10,000 higher than what I wanted to pay. Hoe do I negotiate down from the list price which upgrades? I know the upgrades are marked up
