SSR7 was always a great track. I remember one time driving in an online lobby with my X2011 on this track, and a Tank Car was going the other way through the tunnel. The Tank Car's wheels got lifted up by my front wing, and it went flying over my streamlined body, causing both of us to crash. A very funny sight, and one of my many joys of playing GT5 growing up. Eiger Nordwand was definitely one of my favourite tracks in the game, and a great circuit for split-screen multiplayer racing.

Can't remember if it was for GT5 or GT6, but some people are back online on one of those games by using the LAN ports on their PS3's and some trickery. Might be GT6 as they also managed to get the custom tracks/course maker working again, which required online connectivity. As someone who has experienced all of those tracks at some point here are my thoughts on each one: 15: I would have loved this a lot more if it served a better purpose in career mode. Despite it being one of the S license tracks, the only way you can drive on this in career mode is through random one make racing. I love the visuals and it offers a great sense of flow, which makes it all the more frustrating that it wasn't used more often 14: It's pretty fun. Obviously I prefer the GT4 version for nostalgia reasons, plus it's used far less, but also it's not a part tarmac more snow like last time. Still, it's the only snow course in GT5 and there are numerious variations so it at least has that. I like driving Pikes Peak cars there. 13: This is the track that convinced me it's not ordered. I barely remember anything about this track as it has been a very long time since I last drove on it in GT PSP. I do recall it being similar to Silverstone Stowe in a way thought. 12: Meh. It's just another failed attempt to include drag racing in Gran Turismo. Pointless track. 11: I like this track. Even more than the Motegi version tbh. I like the tent in GT2 and the very long pit stop in 3. 10: You know what's even more forgotten than Kart Space? GT Arena. I dislike both. I hate kart racing in Gran Turismo. I'd rather play CTR or Modnation Racers. 9: It felt like they wanted to include a high speed track that also included challenging corners. Even though I respect that and it does look cool, it just didn't feel all that fun. 8: Not a fan. With GT4's understeery physics it's a nightmare to traverse. 7: My favourite track on this list by far. The track I spent the most time on online and the track that introduced me to the show, which in turn gave much more appreciation towards cars that aren't my absolute favourites from the past of Gran Turismo. 6: This is actually more prolific than one remembers. GT HD Concept, GT5 Prologue and both mainline GT games included this track. I like this more than what I consider it's closest rival; El Capitan. As the elevation change in an even shorter time than Laguna Seca gives this a very unique challenge. 5: Doesn't have anywhere near the charm of the classic Rome Circuit. I think it's the sky. the classic one was very blue and colorful. this is just a lot of bright yellow. Also I think London is even more forgotten. 4: Frankly I just wished the rally stages in GT2 had more than just one laps for them to stand out. If this track was in GT3 it may be one of my favourite rally tracks. As it stands......you're still my love Swiss Alps 3: I started driving on this track way later than the rest of GT6 players, so I don't have the same amount of experience for a long circuit than most. For now I'll say it's the more relaxing version of Nurburgring. 2: The most forgotten Rally track in GT Sport I'd say is Colorado Springs, but this is most definitely the best. It's the rally track that feels the most like a traditional rally stage (apart from the GT5 rally lol). 1: Similar to Rome Night, this is a track I would've liked a lot more if it was used in career mode more, or even allow you to race with ai cars. The Forza Motorsport equivilant to this; King Cobra; I like more. Apart from the extras mentioned other track I'd include are: Smokey Moutain South Grand Canyon Driving Part Motorsport, Beginner's Course and Gymkhana Matterhorn Hadley Rille BB Raceway

With all the tracks on this list I couldn’t really put them in order because everyone has different experiences with the games. I actually have the most of part 2 recorded but I actually forgot about Hadley Rille (which I didn’t even know had a name tbh lol) so I guess that’s going to show up in the list. Also thanks for the comment, it was interesting to get someone else’s take on these tracks

rome night was great fun, lots of medium speed fun corners circuito de roma is underrated too, that incredibly fast chicane feels exhilarating when done right and curcuito de la sierra is just incredible in general

Ascari race resort is the most forgotten one in my opinion, and one of the most beautiful

Special stage route 7 was literally the Japanese highway, and I later bought Tokyo Extreme Racer 3, finding out... that... it was indeed a part of a really really long highway system What gran turismo 7 should have is that Highway system

Brooooooo special stage route 7 brought back so many memories, I used to be dragging my brother and destroying him. Now my ps3 can’t load anything anymore, so I could only watch these kind of videos to bring back nostalgia…

Tokyo Expressway in GT7 must integrate Special Stage Route 7 and 11 tbh.

I still remember Super Speedway, Complex String and Eiger Nordwand and quite liked them, even though Eiger started off as a pain to me and String has some rather harsh spots. I never liked Kart Space though, and that's 100% blamed on the fact i do not like the Karts in Gran Turismo. For steering wheel players it wouldn't be that bad, but for a controller player like myself, steering the karts was hell and Kart Space ended up being a horrible track to deal with because of it.

I used complex string for all my tuning needs. It was an awesome track. We need it back.

What will happen sooner. A Mariokart with all tracks or GT with all tracks? I know the game would be around 1 TB but you can still hope.

GT also has to deal with a lot of track licences, so MK should be the easy answer

Hi Apex, I´m one of the biggest Eiger Nordwand fans but never saw this Beta track. Where did you get the footage from and do you know if this was ever included in a demo or something else?

Fun fact: George V Paris and Opera Paris, like Super Speedway, were also hidden in the game files for GT4 Prologue. George V Paris was more finished than Opera Paris however. But yeah, all these tracks were so much fun!
