What is the best practice for a scenario where we have to create multiple records for 3 related lists? This will have 3 different loops on same objects. I can't figure out how I will be linking these 3 loops.

You can create three sub flows and link it with main flow or you can do it all in one flow as well. You need to iterate each loop one by one.

In record triggered flow it is not present but in autolaunched flow it is there. Autolaunched flow you can call thru process builder.

In case of auto launched flow u need process builder. Not in record triggered but in record triggered you can use sub flow option this is what I wanted to say.

hey, suppose there are two objects having master detail relationship, i want to fetch the child records in the same flow in which new parent is created, in such scenario, is sub-flow useful? will it let me fetch the newly created parent id and then create child record based on that? if i take parent object creation in sub-flow and then calling it in child creation flow or vice versa!

If you are creating parent record in flow then that won't be having any child records right? Yes, after creation of record in flow you can have its id and use that I'd to create child record for that.

@@SanjayGuptaTechSchool how? i mean i tried doing it, there are in total 4 objects, two parents and two child, parent to parent is lookup, i need to create a parent2 using parent 1 lookup, and then in the same flow, i need to check if parent 1's child exists, if it does then i need to copy all its data to child 2, all of this after creating parent 2 and then fetching parent2 id in child 2, i am stuck....

When u use create record element, at the bottom u can use a variable to store newly created record id and use it further in the flow.
