From the list, I think decision fatigue is the most dangerous... When you are tired and cannot think properly... NEVER TAKE BIG DECISIONS. I once had to take a decision while going through it and the result caused me to lose tons of money... I still cannot forgive myself for this. So, my advice... if you have decision fatigue, refuse to take decisions. Take as much time to relax, calm down... Just let go of the opportunity if you can't make a decision. The negative will be less . Only when you are ready to think and act you should allow yourself to make a commitment.

When in doubt, zoom out. Sometimes when you are caught up in the details, you need to zoom out and look at the big picture. The converse to this is take a complex issue and break it down into its smallest components in order to understand it. All the points you do understand, write them down with your understanding. You see a list of items you know. This will help you as you look at the more difficult concepts to understand. Don't be afraid to ask for help.

Another decision factor that I would add would be this: that the decision you are going to make, if it involves significant time and effort ... in case of failure, it leaves you some personal benefit that will leverage you for something else than learning by mistake. Example: a new skill, an asset, a great contact, etc ... something that is not a total loss

My advice would be to take some courses about programming and do it practically. Then work as a freelancer and sell your service. Prove your parents with your little earnings via your passion and then they'll also agree with you to leave the traditional path and follow your passion. I know the challenge of doing both at the same time at first but it's the best way to go according to me.
