Not really, he was investigating her as a victim, and when she failed to comply with a command, he immediately slammed her and made her the criminal. In case there is any ambiguity. As a victim, she is not required to follow his commands. She wasn’t detained she wasn’t under arrest. So the next thing people are going to say was that she was going to hurt her self being drunk, if his motivation was to protect her from her self then that’s what he should have been doing from the moment he got there. He didn’t do that. He questioned her. She was blotto drunk. He said so himself. So, even if she could’ve articulated something, it’s completely unreliable and not actionable.

Not all officers are trash you guys. True enough that we have our fair share of people becoming police officers just to make our lives miserable, but I know several officers who would give you the shirt off their backs to help you. As with most groups of people, you get unfairly judged by the actions of the officers who are bad or corrupt.

fking top notch detective work by the officer. Now imagine that same scenario where the kid never wakes up from being unconscious, or is unable to call for help... laying in the ditch on the side of the road in the bushes.... And officer just says "Welp, I don't see a bike, so there must not be a bike. I could go check the bushes, but nahhhhhhhhh" She actually cancelled ems/ambulance and says "There's no bike involved" .... two seconds late the kid crawls back from the dead covered in blood barely conscious... staggering over to here

That little woman who hit the kid on the bike is pure evil. After she hit him and he bounced off her car into the woods, he could have been dying for all she knew or cared. She smiled and laughed through the interrogation and even tried to make sure he wasn't found by saying "not anybody here". 41:03 You'd think that mind control brainwashed the officer if you listen to what she says right after. A nasty lack of caring on the part of the witness, too. And a disturbing level of incompetence and idiocy with the lady LEO on the scene. That poor kid!

Always has to be a crabby Patty who can’t mind her business when kids are just having fun. Can’t seem to look at the bigger picture, there are worse things they could be out doing so give them credit for being decent kids who are merely playing basketball. 👍🏼🏀😊

That lady won’t ever be satisfied no matter where they move the basketball court to. She’s just one of those kinds of neighbors that will complain about everything. She should be glad that they are playing outside and not breaking into her house and stealing from her. Those kids don’t seem like they are causing no trouble at all.
