I bet that running it close to the surface in wavy conditions also breaks up the artificial profile of the spinnerbait. Thanks for the tips! I’ve rarely found spinnerbaits productive, I figured the water is too clear around here, but these tips give me some new options.

Spinnerbaits are my favorite bass lures. I throw them from prespawn, all the way untill winter time. Ive been throwing that exact same one you had in your'e hand for the past few weeks. That or a war eagle with gold and silver willows
