If you have a full party its unsure how "good" the xp is, but if its somewhat good + reputation + drops its definitly 300g/h if not more - but even the "worst" case is probably 150-200g/h.
Also- its very fun compared to Maraudon or such.

what addon is showing how many immunes you are getting per tick during iceblock? Would really help with LIP timing as sometimes I come out of ice block and just get one shot

Not true, if you do a mistake you die anyway. i lost 15% hp pulling, so even if ure naked u wouldnt die tbh. But ofc gear is a big factor there
