$150 Autofocus Lens That's Actually Good?? | TTArtisan 27mm f/2.8 Review

This TTArtisan lens is just what I needed. It's small enough to take with me everywhere. The under 100g weight is a huge plus. The pictures it produces are amazing. The sharpness is excellent, and the colors are vibrant. The slight darkening at the corners and the swirl effect add a touch of character. The autofocus is easy to use, and the build quality seems really good. The aperture ring is a nice touch that gives me more control over my shots. It's great for shooting daily life and portraits alike.

This lens is another perfect imperfection. IQ is very nice with the character of a vintage lens. Looks great on the smaller X-T10,20,30, X-E and X-Pro bodies. AF is fast enough. 40mm is a really sweet spot. And the price! 👍🏻

Right now I use the xt5 and xf200 f2 more than anything. But I do have the xf 28 2.8 on my xe3. Great video as usual!. I think the fact that the xf28 is out of stock is a really good thing to point out. If you go looking for another pancake you might look at the voightlander 18mm

I have too many cameras with too many options😄 if Fuji, I like the x-pro1 with the 35mm 1.4 very much! Old and slow, but so good!

Clean video as always man! I used the ttartisans 27mm, and honestly was really surprised with the image quality. I wasn’t a huge fan of the vignetting tho so I ended up buying a used version of the Fuji 27mm, which is my go to lens now

Straight up review. Awesome. I have the titanium TT artisan 27mm ... I like the 40mm field of view on my XPRO-2. Alas, the vignetting got to me. I am now very pleased with my Voigtlander Ultron 27mm f2.0

I have been hearing a lot about what voigtlander is making and I will probably check that out soon. The vignetting is definitely there lol but I group it into the "character" category. It's nice having all of these tools with different characteristics

Nice one👍I like the 40mm focal length, best of both worlds. I have a TTArtisans 25mm f2, and buying the 27mm here seemed almost unnecessary, but the slim profile and AF, plus the price, made it an attractive idea. The 25mm is great and characterful, a real eye-opener as to the value you can get for your money. It surely is a good time to be into photography. Cheers🍻🍻

Thanks for a good vid. Great lens, loads of character. Quieter than the Fuji, build quality is just as good if not better, who cares about a couple of mm, and at the price there is no worries about throwing it into a bag. Sold my Fuji WR and kept this one.
