Does the cheap one not simply need a pre-amp to improve the sound ? Not that it would make it recommendable, but at least it would be a fair comparison ?

Which one is better 4 string or 5 string? I am panning to buy NS Design Wav 4

5 string is for that bass C-string sound. Which we quite like. NS Design 5th string has a very deep tone, almost like you're playing a cello. That would be one of the main reasons for getting a 5 string. However, if you want to play it like a standard violin, I would recommend 4 string. Cause 5 string really takes some time to get used to.

J'ai toujours pensé qu'il faille investir dans un instrument de qualité, et éviter les instruments bas de gamme car au final ils reviennent olus chère que les instruments de qualité au vu de leurs qualités et durabilités
