In 2020, I was victim to a road raged idiot, just 5 minutes from home on my way to work. I had merged in front of him with at least 4 car lengths of room, signalled and all. He drove into oncoming lanes to pass me and break check me. Then as I was getting into the left turn lane, he rammed the side of my car. When he got out, he started yelling and screaming and making me feel unsafe (I'm a tiny 5'2" girl). I had to call my husband (who is very large and intimidating) to get the guy to back down. He told the police he was swerving around a sunken manhole, and told his insurance that I hit him. The cop saw the damage and knew he was full of it. After being caught lying to both police and insurance, he lost his car and his license for 12 months. Some people are just straight up crazy.

This is why I, a disabled woman, am a typical American. By that, I mean I support the 2nd amendment. Just last week I had a woman clearly high on something chase me around a parking lot with her van, trying to hit me. She didn't even stop when I drew on her... it took her almost 2 full minutes for her to realize what I was holding. When she did see it, she had her last remaining brain cell wake up and realize what would happen if she kept trying to murder me. She stopped and just laid on her horn and started screaming as I got back on my scooter and rode away. She was screaming deluded things like "you're trying to spray me with drugs!" I didn't have any sort of spray, she was just mentally wrecked by whatever drugs she was on. (I'm guessing fentanyl based on her appearance and behavior) I have absolutely no doubt in my mind I would be in a hospital or the ground right now if I wasn't armed. What did I do to set her off? Drive on my own side of the road in a parking lot while she went the other direction- not even close to her lane. I'm not sure what her addled mind imagined I did

Maybe they will or won't do anything is up to them, but you have to do whatever you can to get unsafe drivers off the road. whether it be a trucker or a regular driver. The next person may not be paying as close of attention as you were and he/she may take their lives. How many people's lives will be ruined? I've made many of those calls. But the call i will never forget making is to a company telling them how great their driver was and bc of good of a driver he was my life was spared. Don't forget to make those calls as well.
