beautiful episode! i love what lokelani said about fulfilling her God-given assignment and not succumbing to the temptation to be “great” in the world’s eyes. that’s a real thing and it’s something i struggle with on and off. it’s only the grace of God that’s keeping me from following the “counsel” of others, even when the things they advise me i’d be great at seem to be things that would be true. her perspective refreshed me because at my core i desire to be a mother and wife, and i deeply desire to be in service to God, my husband, and my family first. Being a stay at home mom, sometimes I See people who have careers, travel, and make money as greatness , and as my husband a non believer is hard sometimes to see my value. I pray the Holy Spirit helps me.

God bless you sister theres no Job like a mother who is actually there. The world tells us it okay to not raise ur kids anymore but that is not true I'm Gods eyes. You are doing the best career God created for us raising his children do not let ur value be questioned and know you are a beautiful women of Christ I pray your husband comes to believing in Christ and that he shows you just have valuable you are because nothing can compare to the work you doing.

Was watching this yesterday and didn’t finish it. Earlier today God revealed to me my “hidden” sin. Continued watching this today. Glory to God. 😭 sad tears. It’s like this cycle, this trap this jail cell with the door open i’m in. But our God is More Than Able to save me from the deepest pit. And He already saved me from the deepest one… GLORY AND HONOR AND POWER AND THANKS AND MAJESTY AND MIGHT AND BLESSING BE TO GOD ALMIGHTY!!!
