Probably too late but the easiest way to remove stuff like that stuck axle is to drill a hole through the center first which relieves the pressure on it. Usually just punches right out afterwards

Also when something is rusted in. Heat ut up and use wax like candel wax it'll penetrate the rust and be a lubricant for you to press it out. Also take a drill and dimple the center of the shaft and use a point on a air hammer and heat... I've even had to take an angle grinder with a cut odd wheel and cut the hub around the axel to hi e it relief to bust loose... zoom lubricant is one of the best to use as well. But the heat and cancel wax is a old farmers trick from back when my grandfather was a mobile mechanic . He used that trick daily...

That was pretty cool! I know that feeling of sketchy from my scooter I built, except that's how it always is lol! I will say tho that I did add a kill switch ( may have saved my life when the throttle return spring broke and I ended up doing full throttle down a street here) and plan on adding a stand so I can start it and now have to worry about it taking off on me( It's happened a couple of times...) lol! But yea my throttle on that thing was held together by a paper clip for longer than I want to say it was 🤣 Of course, my scooter was built from junk and so I'm not trying to make it super complete and correct, I just call it the rat scooter and run it just the way it is Sketchy as hell but damn is it fun! I'll have to make a video of it come spring time when things warm up a bit around here. Watching these videos is really making me want to work on that thing again and also another motorized vehicle that I have plans for. All in due time I guess. Keep up the good work on congrats on 1K subs!
