Here’s another Amakan House Model with 1 BR.
Such type of house has an exceptional charm; it transmits an atmosphere of warmth and coziness and offers the opportunity of living in a natural environment.
Care for the environment, sustainability and the feeling of living in direct contact with nature are probably some of the reasons why many people choose to build wooden houses. Also that construction time is less (maximum time is 2 months for complex models) and the prices of these type of houses are minor.
This house model which measures 18sqm can cost 150K (more or less) depending on site/location where cost of materials varies.

Hi love d tiny house design, it's beautiful both inside & outside but find d dinning to sitting area a bit cramped. I would add a little more square footage if I have to build this design, but right now I am literally dying on the inside to have/build a tiny house, I soo envy d minimalist lifestyle that I would spend a lot of time researching tiny houses. By your use of square meter r u from d Phillipines? Whenever I look at house designs from there, measurements are always in meters instead of feet, which is what I'm familiar with. Also I noticed d language in d comments section, which of course I don't understand...haha.
