We have gone beyond the traditional style houses used to be and would always explore alternatives that can accommodate our modernized lifestyle, loft style tops the list of favorites and has become increasingly popular over recent years.
Loft style houses are innately cool and chic and desirable. With its customary high ceilings and warehouse look, as modern living spaces full of light and ventilation it is both classic and laid-back; sophisticated and relaxed. It is so versatile that the absence of walls makes it possible to include many uses in the same space, distributing every corner how we want it, without having to use a door to change the feel of a room, where we can do and undo things at our whim, allowing a wide range of possibilities.
TRIVIA:
Originally converted from disused industrial buildings, lofts first came to light in the late 50’s in big cities of New York and London where companies had to sell them due to the economic downturn of their businesses.
Real estate agencies then realized the potential for lofts as live-work spaces.

sana may 300k to 400l worth tiny house plan. provision of toilet, roofdeck, exterior stair. loft. mga 14 ft ang height then 4meters by 7 meters (backyard extra room purposes)

I'm such a fan of your designs! :D I would like to request if you can make a house with a maximum of 40 sqm total floor area, with a full sized kitchen as my wife loves to cook, and a decent spaced bedroom for my in-laws (senior citizen), and an enclosed loft type for the masters bedroom.
