Oh, most non-artists have NO idea how we constantly criticize our work, do they?! They just don't understand: we ARE happy...while we are creating! It's afterwards that we see all these little things we "could'a, should'a, would'a" done differently, and they see that as us being "unhappy" & "never satisfied". Noooo! We are truly unhappy only when we CAN'T create (or when a disaster with our art happens)! Now, that makes us miserably unhappy! --------- Ohhhh, that bowl is gorgeous!!! I do like the shallower shape you chose, as it really shows off the druzy center really well. The druzy effect is so sparkly - LOVE IT! ❤ That red glitter is perfect, girl! And it behaved just the way you'd hoped. Yay! 😊

Hi Julie it's very pretty indeed. Too bad we can't see the crystals better but I know they're there. I personally wouldn't have minded the red glitter all the way through the platter not just as trim. I think that would have looked pretty too having the Sparkle with the holographic crystals. Maybe a thought for another one. Or 2 different colored Glitters that look good together would be cool too. I suppose the possibilities are endless really when it comes to your Drusy inlets! Wonder how some good quality highly pigmented alcohol inks would do? Or the Marabou can't think of what it's called but it's like a holographic 😆 anyway my mind is racing with ideas.. Thanks so much for sharing😘✌

I laugh, your husband seems to be talking about your artistic perfectionist tendencies where you appear to have something imagined but the outcome doesn’t quite come the same. I get it. Non creative people don’t always understand, especially if what they are looking at looks “fine” to them. Unless they are artists, men, especially tend to think things in general, not just in art, just life are fine. Dishes on the counter…fine…lol. Ps. Gorgeous!
