I rarely comment on KZbin videos, but this is so excellent, I just had to say something. I’ve always eater cauliflower raw, or dipped in some dressing. This is the first time I’ve baked it. And I’m Soooo glad I did!!! What a GREAT recipe. Tonight will be the 4th time I’ve made it for a total of a dozen people, and they ALL loved it. 🙂

@@KarensSizzleandSpice so sad that the cauliflower pieces fell apart. Maybe figure on getting just 2 slabs out of one cauliflower instead of trying to piece the broken ones together. Maybe even thicker pieces. Kinda heart attack food in a way but I am a cheese lover. Have you thought about using goat cheese or something less harmful in your recipe? Just a thought.
