Probably a glitch. Swapping the MTRC's transmission (which is actually a direct drive cause it's a fuel cell car) with other engines tends to cause "infinite" acceleration like that. For example, a Gillet Vertigo with the MTRC transmission and nothing else has been shown to go over 380 mph on this channel. I guess it also happens with swapping other transmissions and engines into the car itself.
