Σας βλέπω μαζί με την μαμά και κόρη και είναι σαν να βλέπω το ίδιο άτομο (από πίσω) Στην Γερμανία από ότι βλέπω έχουν πολύ καλό πρόγραμμα στο σχολείο, είναι πολύ σημαντικό το παιδί όταν γυρίσει στο σπίτι να έχει τελειώσει το μάθημα και να είναι χαλαρό. Μου αρέσει πολύ ή μηλόπιτα και δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω πως οι ντομάτες έδωσαν τόσους καρπούς.... μάλλον αυτό οφείλεται σε σένα. Τώρα θα σου πω τι μου αρέσει στο Φθινόπωρο που είναι και η αγαπημένη μου εποχή. Μου αρέσει που δεν έχει πολύ ζέστη, αλλά από την άλλη δεν έχει καί κρύο γιατί το Φθινόπωρο έχει πίσω του το καλοκαίρι και ακόμα έχει ζεστό καιρό. Μου αρέσει πολύ που βλέπω τά φύλλα από τίς βελανιδιές να αρχίζουν να κιτρινίζουν και να παίρνουν αυτό το χρυσό κόκκινο χρώμα που είναι απίστευτα όμορφο, επίσης οι βόλτες γίνονται χωρίς να ιδρώνεις γιατί εδώ είναι Ελλάδα και έχει πολύ ζέστη. Και βέβαια σιγά σιγά μπαίνεις στο εορταστικό πρόγραμμα των Χριστουγέννων. Δεν ξέρω αλλά μου αρέσει πολύ το Φθινόπωρο. Εύχομαι να ζήσεις υπέροχες στιγμές με την μαμά σου πριν φύγει για το Βιετνάμ. Εγώ δυστυχώς έχω χάσει τούς γονείς μου και μου λείπουν αφάνταστα, δεν υπάρχει μέρα να μην τούς σκεφτώ 😢

Do you think going to school in Germany is better or worse than in Vietnam from your observations? Or maybe they are just both each different and unique but one is not better from the other? I would have loved to have been able to ride my bike to school but my schools were always 20-30 minutes away by car! Congratulations on the solar panels you got. Beautiful garden life as always. I was surprised you have acid reflux. You're quite young so I wonder if it's your diet. You eat really healthy, but maybe it's too much of a good thing and you went over board on the supposedly good, clean eating? I don't necessarily eat well recently, but never really had acid reflux growing up. I did eat a variety of foods in my 20s through my 40s, though. I also notice you guys eat a lot of baked goods or sweets. Not sure if it's because you make them for your vlogs so you have to then eat the stuff you make, but Vietnamese people don't eat a lot of sweets or baked goods like that.

I started using sea moss gel and I must say my stomach has been feeling so much better. Warm water with lemons first thing in the morning also helps clean the stomach. I know a lot of Asian people use kimchi and fermented foods, that usually helps with these ailments...

It could be more recently our water is less pure, or that we are often recommended to take vitamin D. I found vitamin D really caused imbalance to my stomach and digestion, and also recent virus's have symptoms that cause stomach disorder.

Mine are Princess Mononoke and Howl's Moving Castle. And Ashitaka is my favorite character. Although I really love Totoro and Kiki the little witch. The cake looked very yummy. I know how to make an upside down pear cake, but never tried it with apples. Thanks for your ideas❤
