紫漆衣柜 子柒已归❤ for those who can’t read Chinese, she made a wardrobe in chinese lacquerware (thanks for correction) which is a decorative artwork originated in china and her hometown Sichuan, “purple lacquerware” is with same pronunciation as her name “Ziqi”, wardrobe is with same pronunciation as “already returned”, symbolizing she is coming back. Not sure if this is a coincidence, but I believe in it, deeply moved by the Chinese romance and how thoughtful this is❤

And that piece of furniture in Chinese is called Zi (purple) Qi (paint) Gui (closet). Ziqi happens to sound the same as her name while Gui 柜sounds the same as 归 meaning return! The pattern is called Qilin, an imaginary lucky animal that represents fortune and good luck.
