From the top position, the ref counts to five when a wrestler hangs onto a leg, then it's stalling. Why not something similar from the neutral position, one wrestler just hanging onto a leg or ankle to avoid the completion of a takedown?

Wrestling has gone downhill if that's not a takedown at the end. I mean, what are we doing? we're encouraging people to completely give up their back and hips, but as long as they're holding onto a leg, it's fine? That rule has to change.

He is a 157 naturally. He was cutting an insane amount 2 years ago. Had a few matches with bad cuts. No shooting and he would have wrestled 157 last year
