This is a pretty cool video, It's helpful to help move people into brewing with something better than just using a cordial.

More homebrew stores in Australia should do these kits. It's a great way to advance your brewing from kit and kilo.

Big-W has their Brilliant Basics series of Stock Pots - their 15L goes for AU$18 (the Ikea 15L is still $45AU)

Nice video, you forgot to say that before pouring into bottles you need to remove the airlock.

would these kits be better then the fresh wort kits?

Fresh wort kits are still in my opinion a better product. With that said it's almost like you are cheating with fresh wort and these kits give you a bit more contact with the brewing process as it's a bit more hands on. The other thing is that these 15min boil kits are very good value and due to the fact that they contain no water we can ship them very efficiently and many of our customers can't afford the postage of fresh wort kits so I think we still need to offer both options.

"better" ? Better for me is kit n kilo with Coopers products from either Big-W or Coopers directly as I live in Coopers' state. Also, I carbonate by buying a Coopers case of beer that I am making (as per their DIYBeer website) & pouring directly from the fermenter, into a glass, & topping it up with a can. To me, that's better. It's cheap, easy, super time saver too.
