16.09 Official 3x3 PR Average with 11.39 PR Single

I have mixed feelings about this average. Two counting 17s and a 13 is interesting. 17s were bad scrambles and honestly so was the 13 so I'm just happy I finally beat a six month old PR. 11.39 was fullstep also which is really cool!
