They're amazing. My normal quarter squat sky rocketed after doing sl quarter squats for a few weeks, but I got a niggle in my ankle and had to stop single leg novements. Literally starting them again this training block and excited for the gains haha.

Sweet man. How do you like regular quarters in that case? Sometimes I feel like I don’t get a ton out of them, but maybe just me.

@@maxyoutube1749 i feel like I get a lot out of them, and when I switch from standard squatting to quarter squats, jumping overall starts to get better. Plus it's hard to do sl quarter squats for multiple sessions in a row because of the fatigue.
