Yes. But, mostly, I'm one who wishes these abandoned places could be converted for the homeless. With houses this size, numerous homeless could at the very least have a roof over their heads and, maybe more if they use it wisely.
@texan40 Жыл бұрын
@@sherrygoodwin2782 the problem is the homeless would just destroy homes like these and most are on drugs or have mental issues they need more medical help and help subtain them selfs on there own.
@sherrygoodwin2782 Жыл бұрын
@@texan40 I beg to differ. I have a good friend who spent 4 years sleeping on park benches as a teenager because her mother kicked her out if the house in favor of a man she was dating. You would never know my friend was homeless. She has no drug or alcohol problem and no mental illness that I can tell. And, since meeting her, I have worked closely with the homeless in shelters, food kitchens, etc. There are many, many homeless that do not have any kind of addiction. Above all that, they are human beings who deserve a roof over their heads. But, then I guess you would prefer that some entitled, pompous ass get the house. How sad 😔

Wow...it was very generous to 'donate' a large home to a refugee family. It's sad they were forced to leave seemingly very quickly such that they couldn't take their stuff with them. I noticed an old Canadian airlines model plane. That was probably something donated to them.

This abandoned mansion, left forgotten and untouched is worth $16,400,000. This value is based on the property and the land, not on the actual abandoned mansion Photo Gallery: freaktography.net/sixteen-million-dollar-mansion Discovered by Ethan Minnie, this one is staring to become a popular so I wanted to get there quick. So much stuff left behind, this house was most recently lived in by a Syrian family who emigrated to Canada as a non English speaking family of 6, mom, dad, three girls and a boy. The home was donated to the family after a group of residents raised enough funds for the family to have a home to live in. It seems after a while, the owner of the home decided to sell the property to a developer and the family was forced to move out, leaving many many belongings behind. The person who owns the house left the Electric on so copper wiring theives can't steal the copper wiring and if the water is still on, its for the exact same reason, to scare off potential wiring theives. Why would they board up the pool ? Also one other thing, why are demolishing this house ? It just needs a little TLC and it'll be liveable again. People do leave absolutely everything behind when They leave Their home, I have done clean out jobs before, and anywhere from baby pictures to bath towels and everything in between have been left, they were in a hurry They left absolutely everything behind.

UBD thats a nice mansion theyre terrin down, this is a weird one Could the vacancy happen when Covid 19 occurred and the tenant was forced to go back to their mother country, choosing only select items to take?. Could this place be another child care centre with so many toys and blackboards. But i try to approximate date using those TVs Hasn’t Canada had digital tv and LED tvs for many years now i mean i turfed my CRT tv 10-12 years ago, plasma was popular around 2005, and lcd a few years later i guess rear projection is passable its not wide screen, so maybe this place was unfortunately vacated in 2014-2015 which would place the tenant to be involved in the accident of MH17 or Mh370.
