I kinda knew a frag from dior homme line would be ranked higher than prada lhomme. Still, to have the same score is kind of good. Youre correct that prada lhomme lives in the shadow of dior homme but its a different take. Prada is soapy while dior is lipsticky

prada l'homme is right up there. sauvage is a powdery fragrance i enjoy, as well as le male. alfred sung hei is a wonderful lavender/violet fragrance. if i remember correctly polo blue was a bit powdery.

😂 now there is an issue, Sebastian How about Chanel’s Boy, Invasion Barbare and Histoire de Parfum 1725 ? I fall in love with that talc / baby powder smell and i am looking for fragrances that blend that note with aromatic fougere asoects. As it seems Lavender with Vanilla get powdery too. I do not like the smell of Tonkabean or Aldehydes. Beau de Jour smells wonderful too and goes into that direction i am looking for. Violet reminds me too much of German sweets that contain lLiquorice ans a sugary violet coating. Iris is nice too but more liosticky ro me then powdery as i like it. Its hard to figure out if there are fragrances that combine that 1725 baby powder smell with green/herbal/bitter notes. Next try will be Telegrama. Abs other suggestions?

Strange---Pour un Homme de Caron does not strike me as powdery. Heritage and L'Envol? I don't know. Maybe its just my skin chemistry. As for Caron, I think it's Le 3e Homme which has a powdery quality for me.

prada black IMO is one of my favourites, I never tried bvlgari black but i have MIP from Van Cleef and they smell similar but MIP is a bit more bright. MIP is still my prefered but it is discontinued so i wear it on occasion.
