#16 Farmers market in Linkoping on a Saturday in March

Visiting the farmers market in Linkoping just outside the castle. We bought some cheese and jerusalem artichokes (sunchokes). Back at home I made an artichoke soup.
Besök på bondens marknad på borggården i Linköping. Vi köpte ost och jordärtskockor. Väl hemma igen tillagade vi en jordärtskocks soppa.
