$16 Ferry from Bohol to Cebu in The Philippines 🇵🇭

I went on that ferry and it was bloody freezing, I did like Bohol though and I agree the tricycles are fun. The best thing about the Philippines(beside the beautiful beaches etc) in my opinion is the people, they are always happy, smiling and friendly. Even if they don't have a lot of money they are grateful just to have their family and be alive and always willing to help.

From Cebu we went to Tagbilaran (Bohol) to go on a river cruise with a lunch buffet, see tarsiers and Chocolate Hills, the ferry ride was nice, it has ac and they showed a movie.

The CAB issue has been on going problem. This issue was raised to the government so many times. The only way to really address it is for tourist/visitors not to use a CAB that is not using the meter. Get out of the cab that is not using the meter and reward the honest cab drivers.

They're tricycles. Baguio City don't have tricycles as the roads are mostly uphill, but I do agree with you, taxi drivers in Baguio City are honest and they really give you your change.

Amazing trip!!! I might try to take the ferry between the two island the next time I visit the philippines. I've been to Cebu only 2 times and I always stay at Red Planet. Yes, it is very basic but 99% of the time, I am out and about wondering around. The best part about this hotel, it's literally next to a mall.

yes it is always advisable to take the metered taxis and if they ask you to do a fix rate decline politely and tel lthem to use the meter instead or just look for another one. Metered taxis are almost everywhere :D enjoy your travel :)

just a reminder dont ride a taxi inside the pier coz its expensive due to a pakyaw style doesnt use a taxi meter, however just look a taxi outside the port its cheap coz the fare will be based on official meter
