For those genuinely interested in these hacks here’s a few warnings about some things in this video that could be dangerous or just lead to soap going bad or gross looking. 1. Never. Put. Cinnamon. In. Soap. Ever! Even cinnamon soap fragrance oil isn’t that great of an option. Cinnamon is a spice. Spices burn. Use dried apricot seeds or brown mica instead to make cinnamon effects! 2. Dried fruit or flowers will turn brown in melt and pour soap. It sometimes happens in cold process soaps too, but melt and pour will always turn out brown and gross looking within a day or two. It’s just not worth it. 3. Some products with gelatin will probably mold after a while if not used immediately or kept in a refrigerator. It’s a fun project, but don’t expect it to last long. And the last major one: 4. Measure your ingredients. Measure, measure, measure. Always measure. Certain ingredients can cause melt and pour to go awry and it’s just not fun when it goes poorly because you didn’t measure. I highly recommend going to soapqueen.com or watching the soap queen/bramble berry KZbin channel if you’re interested in making really good high quality looking melt and pour soaps that are safe for you and/or your children.

As a professional sap making artist I’d say that you need to use high quality soap bases and fragrances and colourants and not directly use food and other products

Before layering soap make sure to spray rubbing alcohol as it acts as a glue. It also bursts surface bubbles. The soaps with the shaving won’t work as the base is to hot, Don’t put hot Soap Base in thin plastic like cups or bottles, use soap moulds or silicone bakeware Only 3 of 16 would have worked

Zur Vorwarnung, es wird nicht möglich sein, normale Seifenschnipsel so wie in dem Video in Seife zu packen, außer sie können nicht schmelzen. Zudem habe ich eine Empfehlung für Regenbogenseife: Packt die erste Farbe rein, in die Gefriertruhe packen, dann die nächste Farbe rein und DIREKT in die Gefriertruhe und wiederholt das. Wenn ihr es nicht direkt macht Schmilzt die kalte untere Schicht wegen der heißen oberen Schicht. Ich habe selbst Seife zurechtgeschmolzen, daher schreibe ich diesen Kommentar (der nur Deutschsprachigen nützlich sein wird)
