I like to leave the leftover yarn outside, preferably at the base of a tree where birds hang out. Within a few days, they will have incorporated it into their nest or whatever building project they're currently working on--because we all know birds are always building something! This is another great idea.

I was thinking it could even make a great hanging spinner ornament if one could see the back too lol maybe use parchment paper cut into shapes to match resin molds then after the design is made, separate the paper from it & put the yarn itself in the resin mold & fill with resin of choice (glittery, shimmering, etc) & so on.. voila, 3D artpiece! 😍💜
