I love this one and have shown it to my son who is half black and half white. He's adopted we've had him since he was 5 days old. We are white and when all of the cousins we together when they were little one said he's got a really nice tan. Love the innocence....

***I was fortunate to have traveled around the world several times in my 23+ years of military service. I have met people of all ages, races, religions and cultures, I Thank God i'm a Christ-Servant, and visited many different churches.... BUT .. I must give a "SHOUT-OUT to this young CHRISTIAN COMEDIAN..."Michael Jr. Comedy.," as he presents a very plain and clear "Christ-like", message at the latter part of the Video... and it really hits us in our heart... ***Please enjoy and SHARE... May GOD BLESS Michael Jr.'s Message and ALL that are privileged to hear his message.

I agree with Michael Junior. People are people. We're all one race through Adam and Eve, folks. The only reason we look different is when the people's who came off the ark were scattered across the earth from Babel some people went to different places and ya know God put in us the ability for our bodies to adapt to environments over generations so any skin and shape differences in humans is because of micro adaptions that would help us survive in certain environments.
@evaneldrichnkuba46396 жыл бұрын
Strange that we stopped evolving into different races though, can you explain that?
@evaneldrichnkuba46396 жыл бұрын
The tower of babel fell before Noah was born and God scattered the people then. Interestingly Noah's ark was the only vessel to have survivors in it 8 people on the entire Earth. Evolution of mankind into other races is either true or Noah's ark wasn't the only surviving vessel on Earth.

I'm going through a similar thing right now. My whole life I thought I was just a caucasian, male Canadian. Now at age 46 I find out I'm actually an Aboriginal Métis, that my relatives were mocked and not able to own land or vote until as late as the 1960's. Michael, I remember watching you do this interview and thinking to myself "wow. how could he have not known? I wonder what that felt like when he learned the truth?". I didn't think watching your video would have been a bit prophetic in my own life :D
@Karamelkissiz238 жыл бұрын
+Miles Forrest that's very fascinating. How did you feel when you found out your true ethnicity? I understand you're still working through this, and if you don't feel comfortable sharing, then I understand.
@milesforrest58518 жыл бұрын
I totally feel comfortable sharing: I think it's great! It's going to take me awhile to process everything, but like Dr. Seuss said "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind." Thanks for asking :)
@Karamelkissiz238 жыл бұрын
Miles Forrest Well put lol. How exactly did you find out about your heritage?
@milesforrest58518 жыл бұрын
Was playing with Ancestry.com's 14-day trial last year and stumbled across government census data that listed my grandmother as Aboriginal. I noted the census house address, visited the house using Google Map's streetview, then forwarded the picture to my mom and asked "do you recognize this house?". She did, saying it was her grandparent's house, and when I told her where I got it she said "oh boy, your grandmother is rolling around in her grave right now".

I found this hilarious! 😂 my kids are biracial and very light skin. They were suprised when someone assumed they were white. My son made it his mission to educate everyone he meets that his mom is actually African, which qualifys him to be called African American! 😁😁😁 And yes my kids are very good at basketball and running! 😂😂😂

My babygirl laughed n laughed n laughed... she (n I) just luv! (Btw, we live in Maine-n not southern ME.). I’m a white mama n her father is African-literally African American.) Maine is finally “sprouting” very slowly some positive progressive signs of bringing that of a multicultural atmosphere. It still has quite a ways to go but thank God, trends over past few yrs seem promising. Keep praying for open pure progressiveness! I was somehow born w this love of cultures and likely accredited to my own parents’ lives yep from way back then:)

Michael Jr., this is hilarious cause I didn't know I was white till I was about 13 years old. My mom is white and my dad (step-dad) is black. He's been my dad since I was 3 years old and we lived with his side of the family most of my childhood. Didn't realize till we moved to Minnesota from Love Joy, ILL and called my mom, mama, in front of other kids and got made fun of for the way I talked. This was the late 80's time frame. Love you man, can't wait to meet you in heaven and have many laughs for eternity. God Bless

I have watched this video numerous times. My Daughter and Grandchildren are half black. This tickles me. A young lady I know was adopted my a white family and at 14 she finally found out she was half black and adopted. So I have seen this first hand. I don't know yet which is the better way to go for her. This shows me that the community did not focus on her looks. That is a step in the right direction.

When i was young, i noticed my parents weren't the same color, my dad's white and was born and raised in new york state (not city). My mom was from Hoonah alaska, and when i was young, i just thought, "thats how it works." I also had some other mixed family's living in the various neighborhoods i lived in when i was young (i still don't know what my childhood best friend was), so i slowly started to realize that, oh, that's kinda the exception...

appearances are nice, and fun in terms of human experience. But a major key to living, is to be absent of judgment. Simply do not judge anyone or anything, not even oneself and then you will begin to truly see. 💜💙❤
