Hi great video, very talented you are. I have few queries 1) What should be the hardness of undercut making metallic part, if the gap has to be made on 1mm thick cap?? 2) what's the speed delay you recommend in undercut moulds like ones in your videos? Considering, normal cycle time is 15 sec, what will it be in undercut moulds?

@@BB-bs7hm it's depends upon part wall thickness and size and number of cavity to tell accurately..but i can tell you it's required 100 to 120 Ton for 4 cavity mould.
