Also, when you double click you home button, what you're actually seeing is open applications (minus whatever application you currently have active on screen). If you hold down on them, you'll get a minus sign, which will let you close the application. This is useful if the ipad is getting bogged down, or if you have a malfunctioning app. Cuts out having to reset it in most cases :)

some say that. but even though, it wont do anything unless you switch to that app. what im trying to say is that it will still run fast. but if you want, you can " force quit " the apps. ( hope this helped you )

I am now the owner of to very expensive paperweight because the last digit of my code wouldn’t take and I couldn’t get back into my own iPads needless to say I’m skipping that step since I am having the same problem and I love this one

I have a friend that has and IPAD 5, I remotely tried to assist setting up yahoo instant messager. We now can text, but the problem is how is the app minimized? Also when we do a video call--sometimes we wish to text as well and the text box does not show on the IPAD...any tips would be helpful

I think that is Rick Ruskin on guitar. O.o iPad 3 is very tempting but, I think I will go for the Droid w 4.0, as the apps are improving and, U can change batteries, SIMS, ect use usb's, many of the same apps now, ect. I think that is Apple's big mistake: to closed a system, even though it seems to make them a lot of money as well, as too pricey. Acer, Asus and sometimes Samsung are more price palatable. But, enjoy your iPad3, if U have one. Then there are good NBs; you get more umph still.

If I ever buy another Apple product, -- I have a iPod4gen Touch w ios5 now, 'bout 3 years old I think now alongside my newer Ericsson Mobile Xperia Active with Android and, yes I respect them both and like them in little diff ways,--.... I think it might be the new Apple Pro NB with the 2800p screen, I think they said in the ad, I just re-viewed today, as it is more connectable and maintainable but, the price ai chiwawa! I dunno, so Acer or Asus might be my real choice; lol, depends on credit!

my point is, i was going to make, then I can have the best of two worlds if I bootcamp windows7/8, even my old XP, I would think and, Ubuntu and or JoliCloud Chrome OS and use any apps that I have on other systems. But, I wonder; how long the SSDs lasts;I might choose a HD, tho slower. I also wonder if the OS systems,though partioned crosstalk digitally somehow underneath so Apple still is watching what you do in Win7 & Ubuntu,or not:not that it's top secret, lol; just a question i wonder about
