16 Personalities at the Beach

This is a video that a lot of you have been waiting for me to make, but because I live in Washington state, there are no beaches! Well I think there are some, but it's just not the same... Now Kauai, that's where it's at. Kauai has some really beautiful beaches, among other things like canyons, waterfalls, mountains, etc. It's awesome!
Anyway, hope you like 16 personalities at the beach!

Serer I’m an INFP, too and I completely agree! When it’s cold outside, I’m like “I miss beach weather! I wanna go to the beach!” And then, in the summer, I go maybe one time and then realize how much strangers ruin the beach by just being there lol. A vacant beach with a few people I adore would be wonderful.

That seal was owning it :-) Me (INFP) at a beach: I try to soak up impressions and almost approach a spiritual experience. I'm mesmerized by the geometry of the top view of the waves, the way the water pulls sand around my feet, I giggle at the feeling of losing ground under my feet, I stare and stare and listen and listen...approach landmarks like massive, climbable driftwood...sift through sand and shallows as a natural history practical (I love ecology). Yeah, I'm in my own world. I can stay like that for hours if I'm not obligated to return to other people that are fed up with me doing this.

I’m an INFP and I went to the ocean for the first time last year. Legit, I just stood in the shallow water, letting the waves ebb and flow over my calves. I stood there so long that the water was no longer water, but a living, restless being, constantly changing and looking for rest that it will never find. It was beautiful, incredible. I brought a notebook with me and wrote some poems on the shore. Later I walked on the beach at sunset and collected shells. The ocean is wonderful and I can’t wait to go back once the pandemic is over

INFJ was very accurate-I literally want to live by the ocean for that reason. Apparently people who live by the ocean tend to be healthier and happier, and I believe it. ENTJ was also very accurate. On a vacation with my family in Italy, my ENTJ dad let everyone split up and do their own thing. We could do basically whatever as long as we “did” something. Me and my older brother were together and we ended up chilling at the hotel reading webcomics and lazing around; at noon we met my dad at a cafe by the lake, and we just pretended to have been out all morning. Our vacations with my dad were always like that, with us constantly going to museums and beaches and kayaking and biking and hiking etc. No lazing around.

My thoughts while on the beach: I like swimming, it's a very good activity for my body. But I don't like the salt in the water. So I only swim if there's a shower. Also I like the sun because I need Vitamin D. But I also need to protect my skin because I don't want to get skin cancer, that's why I put sunscreen on my face and arms before I got here. *goes into the water* I hope no one steals my things while I'm in the water. Colin, my son Eric the INTP (not that one) should be in Austin now. Is that you, son? lol, I am an INtj Colin Robertson, who grew up on Siesta Key, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Before computers, cable or mobile devices. We went outside. I need the water near me, wherever I find myself. My son found television the year we moved to the beach. He did not go on our boat nor did he want to take walks with the pretty girls (or boys) who were outdoors. We did host many a D&D game and when the DM our ENTJ took a break, the ENFP made the boys go outside to play.

What character do you play? It might be fun to guess your personality type. My boys were professionally typed during their prep school years and then in college and when they pledged. It is now fascinating to see how these archetypal characters grew up and who they are now. They also never mentioned this until I discovered MBTI and then they all said, "INtj" of course that makes sense". oh, boys... And the ENFP is an anime and RPG game artist living in an Asian country with his very hot girlfriend, a French girl no less. I could have predicted this without using my Ni, when I met him on the first day of middle school.
