Great stuff! You might want to check in the Cowboy bicycle instructions because it looks like your front forks are facing backwards. They should be canted forward from the steering head axis at the bottom. Also, your disc brake is normally mounted on the left side of the forks from the rider position. Correcting both of these may result in a safer and more comfortable ride as you will find the steering more manageable. Not dissing, just trying to get the correct information to the people. 😉

It's used for specific shots. Shooting landscape photos with a fisheye lens is odd and doesn't make sense. For action shots it makes a lot more sense because your eye in literally pulled into the centre of the picture. (Most obvious examples are skateboarding pictures/videos. Especially late 90s/early 2000s, everyone was shooting ultrawide or fisheye)
