Gary Anther is the very best at presenting luxury homes. I've seen hundreds of other video presentations. Some good others dreadful and amateurish. He actually spends the time to present these homes thoughtfully, elegantly and with measured articulation. I not in a post ion to purchase these homes but the presentations are so inviting that I watch them for the sheer entertainment value. Much like reading or viewing an architectural digest magazine. Thanks Gary for your expertise and passion to be the best presenter.

Take this from someone who lives in the ridges. There is no noise at all no one actually goes outside surprisingly. And I actually love it because when I go on walks I get to see all the beautiful different structures.

@@mfm028 I'm really glad you enjoy living there. I guess I have been spoiled living in a national forest for a few decades. I have no close neighbors..so I can literally go out naked on my porch with a cup of coffee in the morning and just enjoy the birds and all the wildlife in total peace. And if I need entertainment or restaurants..they are only 20-30 minutes away. I did visit Las Vegas about a year ago for a Cher venue..and while I loved the vast array of restaurants and shopping..I would have hated living in the city proper. So compared to that..the Ridges would be a wonderful place to be in.

Scotland is majestic, beautiful and historic. I would rather live their than in Vegas..which is just landscaped desert with horribly hot weather, crime and gang problems, and overpriced real estate. I enjoy variety too..but there is much better variety out there..like Hawaii..Iceland..and the Mayan Riviera just to name a few.
