16 Step Tai Ji sword

This is a compact version of Tai Chi Sword created to help practitioners to gain an insight into Tai Chi Sword practice. Base on Yang Style Tai Chi sword this routine features some of the characteristics and principles of Yang Style Tai Chi.
A good beginner routine for enthusiasts of all levels and styles of Chinese Martial Arts.
The demonstration is performed by Master Faye, a highly respected teacher in the Tai Chi & Qigong community in the UK and Europe.

Been practicing training for 14 years. Did the 106 mantis style sword. Now learning taiji bo staff. I learn the Yang style taiji forms and Chen style forms also.
