Thank you Sifu Chen. Your videos have given me a better understanding of the form and have helped my practice. I particularly appreciate the rear view which allows me to do the form with you. Front view I watch your hands and waist.

OMG, I thought I was the only one, I learned that and could do it pretty well when I was much younger. Then I completely stopped for nearly twenty years. And I only got some remote memories in fragments. But I do always remember if you do it right you will feel a warm positive very elevating expand of energy circulating your body thoroughly. It is amazing "Seafood" Peter is the best. He had helped me and people alike a lot. Can't appreciate it enough Thank you 🌞💐🌸🌺😊👍👍👍👍😊🌺🌸💐🌞

I can only say "Taichi" has inherited perfectly both from Chinese martial arts and Ying-yang philosophy in an almost impossibly perfect way just like the diagram "Taichi" itself. TRULY AMAZING 🌞😊💐🌸🌺👍👍🌞👍👍🌺🌸💐😊🌞

Great video. Hey, does anyone recognize the music in the background? composer and title? thanks.
@PeterChenTaiChiLife5 жыл бұрын
Hi Greg, that background music is Chopin's Nocturne C Sharp Minor. It was played by my daughter Susan Chen when she was in Year 11. So glad you like it.
What is the name of the piano music which plays in the background?
@PeterChenTaiChiLife4 жыл бұрын
That’s the Chopin Nocturne 20 played by my daughter Susan Chen with a piano as background music.

are these vids in some other form that can be downloaded? or a list of written instructions with images to demonstrate I could download? not much room in my house, however I'd be happy to pay for a download I could take with me to the woods using my laptop or even printed out on paper XD

Why do Europeans do poorly at this exercise? We want to attack. To defend is against our culture. To defend is to be in a safe position. Peter is (almost) always balanced, ready to be attacked. He is relaxed but vigilant, ready to respond to any attack.
