Very nice, but I'd prefer walls around my kitchen and no island. Perhaps you can add that option? Front door to the kitchen is just kind of gross. I don't like looking at kitchens.

Invest in a wide angle device. So many of these videos, not just here, you see everything out of perspective to zoomed in. Give all the homes reviewed this way a claustrophobic feel.

I understand companies are making mobile homes to look more like stick build homes but this home reminds me of a 70 ish Brighton home with the bay window and the front door opens into the kitchen. It seems like the company wanted to modernized an older version of this plan. To me it's a nice try...

Nice basic model, don't like front living room floorplan!.

The doors should be the same at each entry. Having the living room at the front really makes the home. Let’s in lots of light. Kitchen is top knotch. Cabinets look rich. The island is absolutely beautiful. Perfect. The bedrooms are a good size. Even the small one would be good for a kids room. I do like the bathroom. My only thing I’d add are two things. The mirror framed out (In master 1/2 bathe too) and a transom window to let in natural light. Master suite is a decent size however I’m not a fan of half baths. I do realize however that the square footage dictates the available space. I do however think most people would pay for that extra space to have a shower. I could be wrong. So when looking at the total package I’d easily give this home 9/10.

It is obvious you never filmed anything like this before. Suggestion, film something and then watch it to learn from your mistakes. Then watch a good video and see what to do. You need to load the floor plan up front.
